Our 2023 Palmerston North Merit Award Winner. Very healthy bush smothered in small single rose pink flowers with a white centre which do look very much like Phlox. Smells good too with a medium sweet old-fashioned rose scent. Rounded shrub fits nicely into any planting scheme and easy to keep within bounds of around one metre. NZ AWARD WINNER
