Q: Do you sell or are you able to source any other common NZ rose varieties?
A: No. We are a boutique rose nursery, importing the latest roses that are completely new to New Zealand from around the world. In fact, we are the only nursery in the world with this international rose collection which makes us very unique. As a result, we do not grow or carry stocks of roses that are freely available through other NZ nurseries.
Q: Do you sell roses all year round?
A: Yes. Potted Roses are available for sale online, all year round, depending on stock availability. Bareroot roses are only available during the winter months (June to early August) when they are dormant. When ordering online please choose carefully.
Q: Is your full range of exclusive international roses available to view online or do we need to visit the nursery in person?
A: All the varieties available for purchase are able to be viewed on our Website. We have many beautiful roses growing under Test in our Gardens that you can only see on our Open Day in Spring, or get a group together and make a booking for a private Group Visit. See our Garden Visit page.
Q: How do you charge for shipping?
A: Yes. Each item in your order will have a shipping cost calculated depending on your location. If you have multiple items, you can elect to have a quote calculated by us and an invoice for your order sent to your email address. Full payment must be made before any orders are shipped. See our shipping policy here.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Yes we do. If you are purchasing our product as a gift, simply notify us in the special instructions panel when you are making your order online or let us know over the phone.
Q: Do you deliver throughout NZ?

A: Here are the types of plant stock Own Root - Roses that are grown on their own root systems. Budded - Roses are grafted onto a hardy rose rootstock. Bareroot - Roses are supplied dormant without foliage or flowers and without soil or pot. To facilitate this the rose must be in its winter dormancy when the plant is effectively asleep. For Amore Roses® this is early June till late July. Standard - Standard roses have a single tall stem, topped with foliage and flowers.
